Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you're disappointed in any way we would like to know, so please make sure you contact us if this is the case.

As long as your product is new and unused, you can return the item to us, either for a full refund (minus delivery charges) or exchange, within 7 days of receipt of product.

Exchanges / refunds will also be available on items that are either defective, damaged, or incorrect items having been delivered by us. In these instances please contact us within 4 days of receipt of the product.

When returning products to us by post, please note:

• It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us

• Returned items will be processed within 2 working days of receipt

• Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel (including original tags and packaging) and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit

• Please ensure that any returned items are sent using Insured and Traceable mail service as RDR Couture cannot take responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit

Fine Jewellery items are all Bespoke / Made to order and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
